How long does activation take?
The entire process typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on how quickly your documentation is submitted and reviewed by the payment gateway provider.
What are the actual fees?
We offer two tiers: RM 1.30 per FPX transaction / 2% for cards on our Paid Plan, or RM 2.00 per FPX / 3% for cards on our Free Plan. There are no hidden setup or monthly costs.
Can I use the same account for multiple centres?
Yes! If you have multiple branches under the same business entity, you can use a single merchant account and connect it to all your centres within SimTrain.
Can parents pay partially or pay later?
Parents can pay their invoices anytime via the app. While invoices are set for the full amount, SimTrain tracks every transaction, and partial payment support depends on your specific billing configuration.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, the parent is notified immediately within the app. No transaction fee is charged for failed attempts, and they can retry using a different payment method.
